In light of this exciting news, we want to reassure you that our commitment to simply and efficiently solve transportation’s most pressing problems while redefining mobility for all will continue. Our TripShotters’ dedication to serving your needs remains steadfast, and we will continue to serve you with the grit you have come to expect. Our Founders and Executive Team remain actively involved in shaping TripShot’s future, and everyone you are accustomed to working and connecting with in support of your mobility mission will remain.

This acquisition presents us with many opportunities, one of which is realigning some responsibilities within our Executive Team to maximize the benefits for our customers. These realignment efforts will result in more innovation-focused efforts while allowing us to be nimble in our service.

Realignments include:

• Patrick Le, Co-Founder, will serve as TripShot’s General Manager. Shifting from his responsibilities as Chief Product Officer, Patrick will bring his wealth of experience and vision to guide TripShot in our transition and beyond. Patrick will be our Executive Team’s leader, influence the entire organization and drive TripShot’s innovation and growth pursuits.
• Wayne Lewis, Co-Founder, will serve as Chief Technical Officer. Shifting from CEO, Wayne will be leading the Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams. Wayne is looking forward to returning his focus to the complex problems we are known for solving.
• Nicole Le, Co-Founder, will serve as Chief Marketing Officer. Nicole will remain engaged in TripShot’s business operations, leading our transition into Transit Technologies. Furthermore, Nicole is excited to return to leading our marketing team as they continue bringing “mobility for all” to life.
• Rob Antoniak, Chief Customer Officer, will continue to lead TripShot’s customer and client-facing operations, including business development and customer operations. Rob is excited to be joining forces with the Transit Technologies portfolio.
• Caleb Richardson, Co-Founder, will continue as Director of Mobile Development. At the core of the TripShot experience are riders, and Caleb will continue to pursue innovations and lead us to add value for a seamless rider experience.

Furthermore, we are delighted to announce that Jennifer Gippetti, Director of Customer Success, has been promoted to Vice President of Customer Success. Jennifer's dedication and expertise have been invaluable in maintaining and improving our relationships with our customers and clients, and we are excited to have her join TripShot’s Executive Team. Jennifer will own our clients’ lifecycle and satisfaction in her newly expanded role, ensuring maximum value throughout onboarding, training, support, project management, expansions and advocacy.
